This policy list is set in place to ensure a streamlined process and avoid miscommunication between the artist and client. These terms are non-negotiable and the artist reserves the right to deny the request for art if they are not met.

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

Payment must be made upfront or split into two parts (50% upfront, 50% after product is delivered) before starting the project. Payments are accepted through PayPal, Zelle, or CashApp. All prices are listed in USD and are non-negotiable after the commission has been accepted.

Revisions and edits are only possible during the sketching process. The client is allowed TWO revisions before any additional fees are incurred. Once the sketch is approved and the line art phase begins, no further revisions will be accepted unless a mistake was made on my part.

I, as the artist, retain copyright to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, galleries, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients are not permitted to claim the artwork as their own, remove watermarks/signatures, or modify my piece without my permission. Clients may use my commissioned artwork for personal purposes (profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints) but may not reproduce for profit. For commercial profit, additional fees and a licensing agreement will apply.

Full refunds are only available if the commission is canceled before any work has begun. Partial refunds may be issued depending on the progress made. If the sketch is complete, 50% of the total price will be refunded. No refunds are available after the line art phase has started. If I am unable to complete the commission for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued regardless of the state of progress.

All communication will be conducted through social media DMs, Discord or email. Final products can be emailed to the customer by request.
